AMAP Committee Guide Handout Available
Are you interested in getting involved with AMAP? Consider joining an AMAP committee! Committees work together allowing AMAP to represent the modified asphalt industry.
Each Committee has a Chair and Vice Chair who manage the Committee’s activities,
assignments, and goals. There are Members of and Friends of the Committee, which only differ
in the ability to vote on any decision or issue that may appear. Responsibilities and terms are
outlined in each Committee’s Charter and Guidelines posted on the AMAP website. Each
committee is required to meet a minimum of twice a year with a recommended quarterly
meeting depending on the activities of the Committee. Activities are assigned internally to each
Committee and may be split into Task Forces at the discretion of the Chair and Vice Chair.
Our new AMAP committee guide is a handy, downloadable resource to learn more about what each committee does and who to contact. Download your copy here!
