“How to Become a Champion of Change in Today’s Changing World”
(A half-day workshop professional development seminar included as part of general conference registration.)
The Champions of Change half-day workshop is designed to address the needs in our ever-changing and ever-challenging world. Our industry is not immune to change. Everyday, we must deal with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, changes in competitor strategies, changes in technology — all of which impact us on a personal level as well as within the corporate culture. As the speed of change continues to accelerate, it becomes more critical that we recognize these changes and learn to use it to our advantage.
This will be a creative and interactive program that influences an advanced mindset around innovation while laying the groundwork for any level of leadership to courageously step into an influential position of power through compassion, commitment, character and conversation. Attendees will walk away with a clarity of the cycle of change, a strategic process to navigate change, and applicable tools to develop a growth mindset so that they can better anticipate, adapt and act during times of transformation. The end result is an experiential and fun learning experience from the folks who have interacted with world-class champions and interviewed some of today’s most prominent CEO’s. Scott and Angel share what it takes for leaders to thrive in today’s changing world by introducing foundational core values and cutting-edge applications to develop a mindset of growth, entrepreneurism and a renewed sense of purpose.
