Come join us for AMAP’s 17th Annual Conference and Technical Workshop in Seattle on February 9-11, 2016. Early-bird registration will open on November 16.
We are working to bring together another broad-based group of presenters from government and industry to discuss the latest news and issues affecting the modified asphalt industry. If you are associated with the asphalt industry in any way–buyer, owner, DOT or municipality official, contractor, producer, refiner, terminal operator or consulting engineer—you can’t afford to miss this meeting.
In addition, AMAP’s Education Committee will again present an Asphalt Seminar and Workshop prior to the start of the main conference. This highly regarded course will cover all aspects of modified asphalt technology: chemistry, types of modifiers, effects of modification, testing, handling, construction techniques, for both asphalt mix and emulsions.
Beyond the conference, Seattle and the Pacific Northwest have something for everyone. Some of the extracurricular events that we’re lining up this year include an early arrival wine tour of some of the finest vineyard in Washington State and tours of the Seattle area that include a behind-the-scenes look at Pike Place Market.
Beyond these events, there are many shopping, dining, cultural and outdoor activities to enjoy on your own. We hope you take advantage of all that the Emerald City has to offer. We look forward to seeing you!
