Presentations should be about 20 minutes, not to exceed 25 minutes, to permit time for introduction and Q&A in your 30-minute time slot.
AMAP recommends that you prerecord your presentation. Presentations should be in an unlocked PowerPoint with audio format or MP4 video file. PowerPoint should be set to 16:9 ratio. Contact John Casola if you have questions or need help. Your video presentation will run during your conference session and a live Q&A will take place right after.
Contact Katrina Tohle for more information if you did not receive the link via email already.
The meeting will be run on a Zoom platform. Please log in 20 minutes prior to your session. You will be assigned as “Panelist” or “Co-Host” during your session. You should be available for Q&A after the showing of your presentation. A practice session on Zoom for Presenters will be offered the first week of February. Please look for information in an email.
To view your time slot, please view the at-a-glance agenda here. The times on the website are U.S.A. Mountain Time.
Contact Maina Tran or John Casola for any issues during the day of your presentation.
Promote Your Session
Spread the word about your presentation through social media. Social media is a great channel to promote your session and help AMAP promote the conference. If there is a newsletter at your organization, ask to include a small blurb on your session at AMAP’s conference. Use #2021AMAP in your social media postings and don’t forget to link back to the conference website.
